 Nathan Kalichman Nathan Kalichman is integrally involved in the discovery and analysis of real estate investments for The Pfeffer Group LLC. Mr. Kalichman has over 25 years experience in the planning, financing, development, and construction of shopping centers, high-rise condominiums, rental communities and gas stations. In addition he has built numerous leaseback structures for Walgreens and Eckerds drugstores. His real estate investments have produced consistently returns above the 25% level. Mr. Kalichman is a trained mechanical engineer from the Institute of Rovno in the Ukraine. Through his knowledge of mechanical engineering, he headed an electronics firm that specialized in the design of refrigeration and electrical components for submarines. In addition, Mr. Kalichman designed and built the largest textile factory in the world located in the Ukraine. Together with Mr. Pfeffer, he is currently involved in developing several real estate projects including a hotel in the health resort of Truskavetz, Ukraine. Mr. Kalichman feels that there is a sense of satisfaction in seeing
completed construction projects. It is this feeling of accomplishment
that drives Mr. Kalichman to pursue bigger and better real estate
