 Jose Pfeffer Jose Pfeffer was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. As a teenager he moved to Israel. He worked at his father’s retail store in Jerusalem that catered to visiting tourists. After marrying and having his first daughter, Jose moved back to Caracas. Jose opened his own watches and timepieces store called CitiQuartz in Downtown Caracas. Through creative and inventive marketing efforts, CitiQuartz rapidly became the regions largest wholesaler of watches to independent vendors in Venezuela. Clients would travel from all over the country and wait for his store to open in order to buy from the over the counter wholesaler. In 1983, Jose decided to move to the United States. There he founded P & K Inc, and began opening retail perfume stores in Miami called Keren-Or Perfumes. Over the years, Keren-Or Perfumes evolved into what is now known as Splash Perfumes. As president of Splash Perfumes, Jose is responsible for the marketing, inventory purchasing, and overall management of the stores. While managing Splash Perfumes, Jose Pfeffer is also the president of the new company formed in 2005, Tick Tock Inc. This new venture reunites Jose with the watch industry. was opened April 2007.
