 Edwin Rojas
Starting in 1981, while working his way through college, he was a guest entertainer for Norwegian Cruise Line. In the '90s, he was Cruise Director for Holland America Line culminating with the 1998 World Cruise on the flagship, m.s. Rotterdam. In 2001, he joined Celebrity Cruises as Cruise Director and finally ended up in the corporate office managing the fleet's Cruise Directors, and finally booking the talent. His marketing degree was finally put to good use in the corporate environment. His creativity has helped numerous clients with projects, names for products, and the general understanding of the cruise industry. He is currently consulting with Coast to Coast Casino Promotions and the "$250,000 Game Show Spectacular + Promotion." In 2008, he was given the opportunity to join the largest booking agency for the cruise industry, Barry Ball Artists / Spotlight Entertainment Productions, where he was Entertainment Director. Besides booking talent for the cruise lines, he also helped to produce shows for casinos, corporate events, colleges and universities, and performing arts centers. Now in the summer of 2009, he has formed a new dynamic boutique
talent entertainment company, Rojas Talent Group. The company will
focus on servicing the corporate, casino and cruise industries. |
